Sadly not had the opportunity to use them yet - they are for a birthday present on 10th April and won’t be used until better weather comes along! Just hoping they can take my weight and I won’t sink lol! Great service though!

So convenient with it coming as a package. Everything to get you started.
Only downside is the bag. I’ve made it last 7 weeks but it isn’t great for the weight of the board needs to be more weight bearing. Won’t hold out much longer but Elliot has been so kind and sent me another. I hope this one lasts a bit longer. Or I may buy a trailer! 😆 A great purchase otherwise!

Quick delivery of the paddle board, unfortunately we had a minor issues on day 1 out of the box with the bag, day 3 we had an issue with the pump, full credit to Elliot & the HIKS team for resolving these issues immediately and posting them to our holiday home too, the family and Bodhi the dog love the Hiks paddle board.

After spending half the summer watching people enjoying themselves out on the water, I couldn’t resist any longer. Did some research and the HIKS seemed value for money.
The item arrived the day after ordering it but unfortunately part of the paddle was missing. One quick call and 2 days later a new paddle arrived, no fuss and an apology.
Following day down the coast and the fun begun. It’s taken me about 3 days to get fairly good, what a gear bit of kit for the money.
One word of advice though, don’t try and judge when it’s pumped up enough, get that 15psi in. It makes so much difference to the way it performs.
Would I buy again? Hell yeah! 😊
